By accessing this website or engaging Start My Business, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services and scope

Services are delivered according to the scope described in your selected package or written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. Timelines assume timely delivery of the information and approvals we request from you.

No legal, tax, or financial advice

We provide business formation support, documentation, strategy, and creative services. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or investment adviser, and our deliverables do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

Payments and refunds

• Fees are due as stated in your proposal or at checkout before work begins.
• Third-party costs such as state filing fees and USPTO fees are excluded unless stated.
• Because work begins immediately and deliverables are custom, fees are non-refundable once production has started.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to our underlying templates, frameworks, and tools, and may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful information for filings and content.
• Hold the rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Maintain your own accounts, credentials, and compliance obligations after handover.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
